What is Sterling Bridge Health?
A healthcare cost navigator platform (a product of Real Talk AI Marketing Solutions LLC) that markets membership in virtual-care and ancillary products and routes exclusive consumer leads to licensed agents by ZIP. It is not an insurance carrier or FMO.
Which states are live for the beta?
Florida, Georgia, Michigan, and Texas for 2026. Additional states follow in 2027 and beyond.
What products can I write?
Non-Medicare products from carriers you're appointed with — including GTL, New Era Life, Allstate Health Solutions, and others — plus SBH virtual-care memberships.
How do leads reach me?
You get a unique link tied to your assigned ZIP. Consumers who join through it (or complete the Healthcare Protection assessment) are attributed to you in the CRM as exclusive leads.
What does it cost?
Beta Participant $49.99/mo (lowest rate, locked). Other tiers: Founders Launch $79.99, Annual $99.99, Premier $129.99, Agency/Team $249.99. The first 30 days are an onboarding period; billing begins after.
What are my compliance responsibilities?
You must hold active state licenses and carrier appointments. All marketing content must clear your carrier/FMO compliance before use. SBH provides the platform; you remain responsible for suitability and compliance on every sale.
